Natural Solutions For Your Skin | Apivita Aqua Vita

Apivita is a brand that I've discovered recently and I am so glad I did because it really is something else. Having its origins in Greece, Apivita is a brand that combines only naturally derived active ingredients with plants extracts and organic essential oils. They do not use silicones, parabens or mineral oil which are very controversial ingredients known for their not-so-good properties, or any other ingredients that have been associated with adverse health or environmental effects. Therefore, this is a brand for those who want to keep their routine simple, safe but powerful and also care about the environment.

Aqua Vita it's the brand's line in which the water is replaced with Greek mountain tea infusion to enhance the antioxidant action .It claims to hydrate the skin for 24 hours and protect it against free radicals. The products in this line contain oats extract and lecithin for hydration, combined with geranium oil extract for rejuvenating the skin. As all of their products, they are silicones, parabens and mineral oil freeThe line offers a range of moisturizers and an eye cream, targeted at different skin types.

The one that I got is obviously the one for Oily/Combination Skin. It is a very light-weight creamy-gel with an incredibly fresh and soothing smell. It leaves the skin soft and it absrobes very quickly. The effect it gives isn't super matte, just very fresh, Youu can definitely feel that it is hydrating the skin without clogging any pores but also balances oil control durring the day. Foundation goes one very nicely over the top and because the cream doesn't contain silicones it doesn't interfere with silicone based foundations and it doesn't ball up weirdly after a few hours.

I really recommend this line with all my heart and this specific cream to those with oily skin. A perfect natural solution for sensitive skin or anyone who searches for something different. The moisturizer retails for about £15 in my country which is a lot better than the £25 price tag for other countries but it's still acceptable considering that it's a relatively natural and organic brand.
